The RN performs initial and ongoing physical assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans for home health patients. Responsibilities include administering medications, providing patient education, and coordinating discharge planning.
Valley Regional Home Health is currently seeking a part-time or full-time Registered Nurse who would be able to work Saturdays and Sundays after training. Please note: Applicants must be able and willing to train Monday through Friday for at least one month. Training hours are generally 8:00am-4:30pm, but once the employee is independent, RNs can adjust their working days, start times, and end times to provide patient care in the home environment. Our home health RNs see between 3-5 patients per day and drive between patient visits.

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with current state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle. While one year of home health experience is preferred, the role requires the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
