This position functions as both a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) based on resident and staffing needs.

The CMT provides medication administration to residents under the direction of the nursing staff.
Provides supportive and functional care to residents with routine daily care in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
The CMT acts with integrity and in the best interest of St.
Agnes Home and identifies instances of non-compliance and takes appropriate action.

Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US.
Must have valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive).
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be currently certified as both a Nurse Assistant (CNA) and a Medication Technician (CMT) in the state. A successful criminal background check and drug screen are also required.
