Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate their condition to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
Collaborate with physicians: Work within a collaborative practice framework to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Lead diagnostic efforts: Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, EKGs, lab work).
Provide holistic care: Counsel patients on preventative care, chronic disease management, family planning, and wellness.
Perform procedures: Injections, suturing, wound care, immunizations, and other in-office procedures.
Supervise and coordinate: Partner with clinical staff to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery.
