$18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: PRN
The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing and assisting clients with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care.
Consults as needed with the RN Case Manager, ADON, and/or the Director of Clinical Services.
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services assists clients in the home with personal hygiene, in and out of bed, assisting with ambulation, exercise and other duties taught by a health profession for a specific participant.
Follows all HHWCO policies and procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.
Performs other duties as required or requested.
The Home Health of Western Colorado is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health care agency in Montrose, CO which include experienced team of nurses, rehab therapists and home health aides dedicated to providing individualized health care needs with compassion and empathy.
