Counselors will provide individual, group, and/or family counseling services, conducting screenings, intakes, assessments, and treatment planning using evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities also include coordinating care, maintaining documentation, responding to crises, and supporting discharge planning.

Men’s Residential Counseling – Dual Licensure Required Provide services within a structured treatment environment supporting individuals in recovery. This role involves close collaboration with residential staff and requires dual licensure due to the scope of services provided.
Outpatient Counseling – In Person Provide therapy services from our Norfolk, Columbus, or West Point outpatient locations, supporting a diverse range of behavioral health needs through individual, group, and family counseling.
Telehealth Outpatient Counseling Deliver outpatient services virtually while maintaining strong engagement, clinical standards, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
