The University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our established and thriving practice located in Easton, Maryland.

Job Description

Join a well-established, full-scope OBGYN practice offering a mix of obstetrics, gynecology, and GYN surgery.

Blocked OR time and access to state-of-the-art surgical suites.

Collaborative team of experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, sonographers, MAs, and RNs.

Average 18–22 patients per day, with strong support to focus on quality care.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Medical degree, completion of medical residency.
  • Possesses and maintains current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required or ability to acquire an unrestricted license.
  • Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
  • Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS affiliated acute care facility.
  • Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
  • Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, organization skills are required.

Compensation

$386,691 annual salary “The posted compensation reflects the median range based on current MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician’s experience, training, and qualifications”

Other

Compensation : generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus—all designed to support your transition and long-term success.
