MINT Physical Therapy provides services throughout Northern Utah with clinic, mobile, workplace, and home-based care options from Ogden to Nephi. We specialize in workplace injury prevention, workers' compensation, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. Our model allows clinicians to provide individualized care while helping patients return to work, recreation, and daily life.

Job Responsibilities

Patient Care Provide treatment services as a part of a rehab team, for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and other orthopedic or neurologic conditions. Help patients restore function, reduce pain, and confidently return to work, recreation, and daily activities.

Caseload Our current structure is for every PT or PTA to be scheduled with 1 patient at a time based on what the patient needs. This may change as the team grows to be a team approach. We do not allow techs to provide any treatments or care.

Patient Education Build strong relationships with patients through clear communication, education, and collaborative goal setting.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration Coordinate with the PT and case managers to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Spanish speaking (preferred, not required) Current Utah Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple care settings Commitment to providing ethical, patient-centered care Strong organizational skills and follow-through
