Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Monitor physical and emotional well-being while documenting care and communicating with the healthcare team.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Help residents with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the nursing team.
Take and record vital signs when required.
Assist residents with transfers and ambulation using proper body mechanics and mobility equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging social interaction and participation in activities.
Document care provided and communicate effectively with nurses, families, and other healthcare team members.
Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures in accordance with facility policies.
Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
CNA preferred but not required.
Salary starting at $17.00
CNA certification is preferred but not required for this position. Candidates must be able to follow safety and infection control procedures while respecting resident dignity.
