Perform new-patient evaluations/exams Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic and balance therapy services Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient goals and needs Collaborate with other staff, referral sources, and clients Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises, track progress Provide education to patients and their families on techniques for the continuation of care Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises Measure and track intervention effectiveness Other duties as assigned
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida Experience in orthopedic and balance therapy preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation Ability to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and help coworkers when necessary Positive and empathetic attitude, willingness to help patients in pain Team player who can work in harmony with others
