Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Location: Petoskey, Michigan Specialty: Med Surg Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: Range $1944 to $2340 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers). Local Pay Rate(Locals with 35 miles: $1944 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week Local Pay Rate (Locals b/n 35 - 50 miles): $2160 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week Travel Pay Rate: Range $2340 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Med Surg Shifts available: Nights, Days Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00 pm - 7.30 am | Days, 7.00 am - 7.30 pm
Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Med Surg units Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.” Participate in patient and family teaching Records information concisely, accurately and completely. Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
