$18.50 - $22.50 per hour, based on previous work experience.
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 4 or 5 days per week; 8 or 10-hours shifts
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Assist participants with non-skilled activities of daily living (ADL’s) in the home and in the Day Center including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, hand and foot nail care and toileting as assigned or needed.
Assists participants with non-skilled restorative and supportive care in the home and in the Day Center including ambulating, positioning, transferring, skin care, personal care, etc. as assigned or needed.
Assists participants with Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s) including, but not limited to, grocery shopping, cleaning, changing bed linens, laundry, meal preparation and other routine household care as assigned.
Assists with participant activities in the Day Center, including meal service and clean-up.
Performs other duties as required or requested.
Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE (Eckert) provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider and the first of its kind in Western Colorado, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations. Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, transportation, and active CPR/First Aid certification.
