Stern at Home Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team in the Bronx, NY. You'll provide one-on-one occupational therapy services in patients' homes, helping older adults improve their independence, safety, and quality of life while collaborating closely with experienced Occupational Therapists.

What You'll Do Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living safely and independently.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety.
Accurately document patient progress using our electronic medical record system.
Communicate regularly with supervising OTs and the interdisciplinary care team.
Travel between patient homes within your designated Bronx coverage area.

Current New York Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Bronx Home health experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
