The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating competent, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, and evaluation. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance patient care plans and enhance operational efficiency.
OR at Paoli Hospital is a small unit that includes endoscopy and general surgery procedures. Examples are gallbladder’s, hernia’s, 24/7 c-section coverage, etc. Our nurses are responsible for on-call coverage that comprises of a 30-minute response time along with approximately 100 hours of being on-call per week. Requires 1 year RN experience. Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN) and an active RN license in Indiana or a Nurse Licensure Compact license. Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is mandatory.
