QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Active License in the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Independent level Licensed clinician (required) Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (required) Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred) Bilingual (preferred) Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform Experience with electronic health records (EHR) Strong organizational skills and communication skills Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
