Cardiology Associates is seeking an experienced Cardiac Device Clinic Coordinator to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice in Mobile, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have previous cardiac device experience and a strong understanding of pacemaker and implantable cardiac device management in a fast-paced clinical environment.
This position plays a key role in supporting our cardiac device clinic through device interrogations, patient management, and collaboration with providers and clinical staff.
This is a full-time, day shift position with no weekends and paid holidays off.

Perform pacemaker and implantable cardiac device interrogations Support daily operations within the cardiac device clinic Review and interpret device data and ECG rhythms Assist with patient education regarding implanted cardiac devices Collaborate with providers and clinical staff regarding patient management Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR/EHR system Ensure timely completion of device-related workflows and documentation Support high-quality patient care in an outpatient cardiology environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cardiac device technician preferred OR 3–5 years of telemetry, monitor technician, or related cardiac monitoring experience Experience with pacemakers, ICDs/AICDs, or cardiac rhythm management preferred Strong ECG interpretation skills required Knowledge of cardiology terminology preferred Intermediate computer proficiency in a Windows environment required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic
