Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce quality images of body parts under physician orders. Provide professional and safe patient care across various hospital departments including pediatrics and the emergency room.

Overview

The Radiology Technologist operates radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to make quality radiographs of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. This position requires skills in multiple areas of the hospital to include pediatrics, operating room, portables, fluoroscopy, emergency department, and outpatient procedures. Provides patient care in timely, professional, efficient and safe manner.

Requirements

Must be a Registered Technologist for Radiography and a graduate of a Radiologic Technology program. One year of clinical experience in radiology is preferred.
