Market context

Maryland OT roles stay competitive

In Maryland, allied-health demand for Occupational Therapists is often strongest in settings that need licensed clinicians with recent hands-on experience. These roles are competitive because employers typically want a current Maryland OT license, an accredited OT degree, and at least one year of recent experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time compared with reading the full posting, then confirm your license status and recent experience before applying.
