Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions Conduct thorough patient evaluations, physical examinations, and develop individualized care plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies Manage ongoing care for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines Coordinate referrals to specialists and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
