The intern will participate in clinical rotations and internships within a psychiatric center. Opportunities are available in Social Work, Allied/Recreational Therapy, and Psychiatric Clinical rotations.
Candiates must obtain the following prior to the start of the internship/ clinical rotation: Affiliation Agreement between University and Clarion Psychiatric Center Proof of Liability Insurance $100,000/ $300,000 Clearances/ Certificates: FBI State Police Child Abuse History Report Act 31 Mandated Reporter Certificate PreCheck Background Check (provided by facility) Urine Drug Screen completed 30 days prior to start Covid 19 proof of vacinaton or exemption approval attestation 2 Step TB test within the past year
