This position plays a vital role in providing safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care while working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Position Highlights Dispense and verify medications in accordance with Nebraska pharmacy regulations Prepare and compound medications, including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and TPN Monitor medication therapy, dosing adjustments, and antimicrobial stewardship Collaborate with providers on medication management and patient counseling Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns Maintain medication inventory, controlled substance records, and regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and staff education Share in on-call responsibilities as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy Administration, or PharmD Current Nebraska Pharmacist licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Hospital pharmacy experience preferred (1–3 years preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply) Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care
