We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities. JOB SUMMARY Intermediate level Echocardiographer. Performs and assists with a variety of adult echocardiographic tests and other related duties according to department policies and procedures in order to provide high quality diagnostic studies. Able to obtain pediatric echocardiographic images according to CCMC pediatric protocol. Provides safe and appropriate care to patients undergoing echocardiography by maintaining comprehensive understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology. Provides preliminary findings to Cardiologist to aid in the interpretation of the study.

Qualifications

Education

Associates Degree in Health Related Field. Bachelor’s degree in Health Related Field preferred.

Experience

  • One year previous Echocardiography experience. Two years Echocardiography experience in a hospital setting preferred.

  • Registration: RCS by CCI or RDCS by ARDMS certification required. Valid CPR certification required. We take great care of careers. Requirements

Requires an Associate's degree in a health-related field and at least one year of echocardiography experience. Must hold RCS or RDCS certification and a valid CPR certification.
