Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, cognition, strength, and functional independence Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) Collaborate with physicians, nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in care plan and discharge planning meetings Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff Recommend equipment and interventions to improve patient outcomes Maintain timely, accurate documentation and billing Comply with all state licensure, regulatory, and professional practice standards
