South 31 Family Care 610 E Southport Rd Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our new location at Franciscan Physician Network South 31 Family Care located in Indianapolis, IN.

Provider will be joining an established, busy practice with five physicians and two nurse practitioners who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients.

Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Flexible full-time schedule; No weekends or holidays Average outpatient volume: 15 to 20 patients per day Call rotation: 1:8 Telehealth offered Common Diagnoses: Child and adult wellness visits Back pain Endocrinology issues Hypertension Heart failure

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must have a Doctorate and a valid Physician License (MD/DO) upon hire, along with Board Certification in their specialty discipline. Basic Life Support certification is also required upon hire.
