WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT · Minimum Start Pay $34 · Professional Development Opportunities · Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization · 22 bed Med Surg/ Ortho unit · Typical patient ratios of 1:5 on day shift and 1:5 on night shift · Full time, Day Shift . Every third weekend is required in a 6-week schedule
