Join Upstate Veterinary Specialties, a leading specialty and emergency veterinary hospital in New York’s Capital District, where your work directly supports life-saving care for animals in need. We’re seeking compassionate, team-oriented LVTs to join our day shift Emergency team. Whether you’re experienced in ER or looking to transition into emergency medicine, we encourage you to apply. What You’ll Do Provide hands-on support for emergency and critical care patients Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals; administer treatments and medications Assist with emergency surgeries, procedures, and diagnostics Collaborate closely with veterinarians and fellow technicians Deliver compassionate care to patients and clear communication to team members What We’re Looking For Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in New York (or eligible for licensure) At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred (ER experience a plus, but not required) Interest in emergency and critical care medicine Strong technical, organizational, and teamwork skills Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us? Requirements

Must be a Licensed Veterinary Technician in New York or eligible for licensure. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred, with a strong interest in emergency and critical care medicine.
