Our Concord, MA residential treatment center provides comprehensive care for adults receiving treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). We are committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care in a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team and support the medical needs of adult clients in residential substance use treatment. We are hiring for multiple full-time and part-time opportunities across evening, and overnight shifts. The LPN plays a key role in client care through nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the broader clinical team. New graduates are encouraged to apply—we're happy to provide the training and support needed for success.

Key responsibilities

Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions.

Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and side effects.

Deliver care in alignment with detoxification protocols.

Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with established protocols.

Provide education to clients regarding medications and health conditions.

Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments.

Maintain accurate documentation while upholding strict confidentiality.

Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely.

Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion.

Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required.
  • Experience: Previous nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Preferred: Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders and familiarity with detoxification protocols.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Pay

  • $34.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience).
