This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Connecticut's most comprehensive healthcare systems while enjoying the flexibility of a per diem schedule. Whether you are seeking supplemental income, schedule flexibility, or a long-term per diem opportunity, you will become part of a collaborative and highly respected Hospital Medicine program dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. About MidState Medical Center MidState Medical Center is a 156-bed acute care community hospital and a proud member of Hartford HealthCare. Conveniently located in central Connecticut, MidState combines the personalized feel of a community hospital with access to the resources, specialists, and clinical expertise of a large integrated healthcare system. Our Hospital Medicine team provides comprehensive inpatient care while working closely with specialists, nursing staff, care management teams, and primary care providers to ensure the highest quality patient outcomes.
