Facilitate the active participation and daily living needs of residents by implementing individual program plans and behavior support strategies. Provide essential personal care, medication administration, and housekeeping tasks while maintaining accurate documentation.
$19.49-$23.99 per hour for full time; $18.75 per hour for per diem

All full time staff are required to work a minimum of one weekend and one overnight shift per week
