Market context
Florida pharmacy technician roles often see steady demand in hospitals, retail pharmacies, and specialty settings, especially when employers need certified candidates with hands-on compounding or medication-mixing experience. These jobs are competitive because a high school diploma, accredited training, valid certification, and prior chemotherapy mixing experience can narrow the applicant pool. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification status and highlight any sterile or chemo compounding experience in your application.
