Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes in and around Newark, NJ — with a schedule you own and a team that actually supports you.

You'll implement individualized care plans and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes in the Newark area. You'll work closely with supervising PTs, document promptly, and collaborate with a tight-knit clinical team. Your caseload and daily schedule are yours to build — no double-booking, no one looking over your shoulder.
$35–$55 per visit, tiered based on experience. Salary. Bonus opportunities in addition to base pay. One patient at a time — no double-booking. You set your own schedule and caseload. No micromanagement — autonomy is standard. Mileage reimbursement. Shadowing available for those newer to home health.
