About the role

Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages across six ICU units or their corresponding step-down units. Maintain patient safety and securely handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with hospital policies.

About the ICU Float Pool University Hospitals is looking for talented and experienced registered nurses to join our compassionate care team in our ICU Float Pool.

In this position you will work in of our 6 ICU units or their step down units.

Position Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. Stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients. 1 year of
  • RN experience required
  • Education
  • Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of Diploma/Associate’s Degree in nursing from accredited program.
  • License
  • Requirements: Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio.
