Here's what you need: To be 18+ years To have reliable personal transportation To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check We would prefer someone with: Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills GET TO KNOW US: Registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 1979, we are recognized for our commitment to the community, ability to reach and provide services to marginalized groups, and capacity to serve various segments of Washington state's diverse population.
