The Clinic Nurse delivers compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare setting. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care, administering treatments, providing health education, and supporting providers to improve patient outcomes. Required: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program Current LPN license in state of practice Valid driver’s license
Preferred: 2 yrs of experience of nursing experience 2 yrs of experience in primary care
