As a Home Health PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized therapy services in patients' homes.
Responsibilities: include:
Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and home exercise programs Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
