The Universal Worker – Assisted Living supports tenants by providing personal care, light housekeeping, and daily living assistance in a comfortable, home-like setting. This role helps with activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and medication reminders, while also ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with assisted living standards. The Universal Worker plays a key part in maintaining a positive living environment where tenants receive the care and support they need. Position Type AM Full-Time Open Positions 0600-1430 | 64 hrs/pp | 8-hr shifts | Every Other Weekend and Holiday NOC Full-Time Open Positions $1,500 sign on bonus will apply to the full-time NOC position only 1800-0630 | 72 hrs/pp | 12-hr shifts | Every Third weekend and Every Other Holiday AM/PM Part-Time Open Positions 0600-1430/1400-2230 | 56 hrs/pp | 8-hr shifts | One weekend minimum per month 0600-1430/1400-2230 | 56 hrs/pp | 8-hr shifts | One weekend minimum per month Universal Workers start at $17.00/hr; with CNA certification at $19.00/hr. Qualifications Ideal Candidate Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but not required. Direct care experience.
