Market context
Florida labor and delivery RN openings are often competitive because hospitals look for nurses who can move quickly into high-acuity obstetric care while meeting licensure and certification requirements. This role typically favors candidates with an RN license, BLS/CPR, and experience-based credentials such as ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN fetal monitoring; review the posted certification expectations carefully and confirm which ones you already hold.
