As a Locum Cardiology specialist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring comprehensive care. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with cardiovascular conditions Diagnose and create treatment plans for patients Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as echocardiograms or stress tests Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide integrated patient care Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely patient records Stay updated on advancements in cardiology and medical practices Participate in case discussions and ongoing training sessions

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice in the state Board certification in Cardiology or eligibility for board certification Strong clinical skills and experience in patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous professional development and learning Experience in a similar role is preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

25 beds

Daily Volume: 10-12 patients

Support Staff: Medical assistant

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified
