Will hold caseload of 21-40 clients while facilitating adult workgroups in Center. Will perform outreach services for new clients. Level 3:(3) years of full-time experience performing advanced journey level or specialized Case Manager in an office environment. Should have experience performing duties comparable to a Case Manager. Case studies or college credits for Psychology, Sociology is required. Hold caseload of 41-60 clients while facilitating adult workgroups in Center. Will perform outreach services for new clients.
Schedule 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasion evenings and weekends subject to business necessity. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working in various community settings and environments.
Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
