Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations and medication management, for a diverse patient population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, person-centered care via both in-person and telehealth modalities.
One-year post-licensure experience providing psychiatric assessments and treatment planning to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Experience in a multidisciplinary, value-based, or community behavioral health setting. Experience with and ability to deliver telehealth psychiatric care. Demonstrated competence in outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
Active DEA registration and New Jersey CDS registration (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
Technologically proficient with EHR systems and quality/outcomes reporting; demonstrates strong clinical judgment and psychiatric expertise. This role requires driving as an essential function. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be subject to post-offer verification of driving eligibility consistent with company insurance requirements.
