DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program Active, unrestricted state dental license CPR/BLS Certification DEA license (if applicable) Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain Real ID for military base access If you are made a conditional offer of employment, you will be required to undergo background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening.
