DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program Completed Pediatric residency and board certification or eligibility, preferred or 2 years experience working in pediatrics. Active, unrestricted state dental license CPR/BLS Certification DEA license (if performing sedation or prescribing medication) Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access If you are made a conditional offer of employment, you will be required to undergo background check (including criminal record check) and a drug screening.
