• Do
• As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with a full range of diagnoses seen within community mental health settings. Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
• Two openings available: Individual Therapist – Primary responsibility is providing outpatient individual therapy. Case Manager/Therapist – Primary responsibility is case management with a small caseload of therapy clients. More

About the Role

Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CMHC located in Oregon Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk in PST Appointments: 90 minutes for initial evaluations, 50-60 minutes for follow-up appointments Administrative time: 60 minutes per day Caseload: 8-9 clients scheduled per day Why Iris Telehealth? Qualifications

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Active LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license in Oregon required Availability (40 hours per week) during PST Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels Telehealth experience preferred (experience using eClinicalWorks a plus!)
