Full-time Tuesday-Friday 12pm-10pm The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic X-ray exams (based on department needs) under the direction of a radiologist. The Radiology Technologist provides compassionate direct patient care with an emphasis on maintaining organizational values and standards of behavior. The Radiology Technologist operates diagnostic X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images of designated portions of the body. Where applicable, the Radiology Technologist is required to participate in an on-call rotation outside of business hours based on department needs and must be able to work some weekends and holidays. **Are you a current Radiology student?

Education: Graduation from an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology License(s)/Certification(s):Current ARRT and State of Iowa permit to practice. Maintain ARRT AND IDPH CEU requirements. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English. Multicultural sensitivity. Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
Candidates must graduate from an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology and hold current ARRT and State of Iowa permits. A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
