Join our Behavioral Health team in providing 24/7 crisis intervention and emergency mental health services for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health needs. In this rewarding role, you'll conduct crisis assessments, provide short-term counseling and emergency psychotherapy, coordinate care and community resources, determine appropriate levels of care, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You'll play a critical role in helping individuals navigate mental health crises while ensuring high-quality clinical documentation and supporting legal processes when needed.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting where evaluation and referral skill are utilized, at least one year of which was spent assessing and treating severe and persistent mentally ill adults and at least six months of which was inpatient work.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree required from an accredited program in social work LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Work) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Practical Counselor), clinical psychology, or psychological counseling with demonstrated coursework and practicum in assessment and treatment of seriously mentally ill adults and children
License/Certification/Registry: Current Montana License as a Mental Health Professional Person, BLS required, LCSW or LCPC license
Requires a Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or counseling and a current Montana license as a Mental Health Professional. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience is required, including specific time treating severe mental illness and inpatient work.
