An established, long-standing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Riverside County is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven clinical team at our Beaumont, CA location. This position is 100% outpatient with zero nights, zero weekends, and no inpatient round responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, routine wellness exams, and preventive care to a diverse patient demographic. Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute illnesses and chronic health conditions. Order, interpret, and track laboratory work, diagnostic imaging, and relevant tests. Prescribe medications, manage therapies, and administer routine vaccinations. Coordinate complex care plans and specialist referrals within a collaborative, team-based care model. Maintain accurate, efficient documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Collaborate alongside nursing staff, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators.

Qualifications &
Skills
Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine.
Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of California (or eligible to obtain).
