Vertical Health Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in Rolla, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients
Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
