Vista Veterinary Specialists is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a Per Diem basis. This position provides the first impression of our hospital and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for our clients and their pets.
As a Client Service Representative, you will greet clients with empathy and professionalism while coordinating appointments, assisting with emergencies, processing admissions and discharges, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service.

Requires a California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license or Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (VACSP). Candidates must have at least three years of general practice experience or two years in an emergency/specialty hospital.
