About the role

Provide a continuum of treatment for patients with neuromuscular and orthopedic disorders under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Responsibilities include implementing modalities, manual therapy, and training in activities of daily living to restore optimal health.

Responsible for a continuum of treatment by providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring strengthening, modalities, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and training in activities in daily living under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.

Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.

Participates in professional responsibilities, including documentation, program development, teaching, and enhancement of clinical skills.

Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Associate in Occupational Therapist Assistant program (Required) Current Colorado Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure BLS Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

Requirements

Candidates must have an Associate degree in an Occupational Therapist Assistant program and a current Colorado OTA licensure. BLS certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.
