Key Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients to assess physical development and mobility challenges Create individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, and independence Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, BCBAs) Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs Track progress and maintain accurate documentation Stay current with latest pediatric physical therapy research and best practices What We're Looking For Required: Active Physical Therapy License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and families Preferred: Pediatric experience (new grads with strong interest welcome!)
