We are seeking a licensed, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team full time. This role works directly under the supervision of the Physical Therapist and alongside Chiropractic providers in a coordinated care model.

Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional rehab programs
Perform therapeutic modalities within scope of practice
Accurately document daily treatment notes in EMR
Maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance documentation standards
Communicate patient progress with supervising PT
Ensure timely chart completion and accuracy
Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment
Qualifications: Active Florida PTA license (required)
Strong orthopedic and therapeutic exercise knowledge
Excellent time management skills
Clear communication and patient education ability
High attention to detail in documentation
